Reservation policies :

To guarantee your room, a credit card number is needed to confirm your reservation.

Our cancellation policies for a room reservation are the following:

1. No amount will be charged if we are notified more than 7 days before your arrival date;

2. If we are notified 3 to 7 days before your arrival date, expenses of 50% of the total cost of your stay will be invoiced to you;

3. If we are notified less than 48 hours (2 days) before your arrival date or in the event of a cancellation without notice or with a non respected reservation, we will charge 100% of the total amount of your stay to you credit card;

4. No rebate or refund will be issued for a late arrival or an early departure;

5. In case of any non respected reservations we will charge 100% of the total amount of your stay to you credit card.

Arrival and departure hours: Please let us know your arrival time

Arrival time is 3 PM. Call us if you plan arriving after 6 PM.
Departure hour is fixed at 11 AM.
